How to debug the natural gas pressure reducing valve?

2021-07-15

The work of the natural gas pressure reducing valve is controlled by the pressure behind the valve. When the pressure sensor detects that the valve pressure indication increases, the opening of the pressure reducing valve decreases. The natural gas pressure reducing valve can select the corresponding flow according to the useful control range. How to debug the natural gas pressure reducing valve?

How to debug the natural gas pressure reducing valve?

The high pressure chamber of the natural gas pressure reducing valve is connected with the low pressure chamber as the gas outlet, leading to the use system. The indication value of the high pressure gauge is the pressure of the gas stored in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of the low pressure gauge can be controlled by the adjustment screw.

The safety valve is a device to protect the natural gas pressure reducing valve, and it is also a signal device for the failure of the pressure reducing valve. When the movable door mat, movable door is damaged or other reasons, the outlet pressure automatically rises, and when it exceeds the allowable value, the safety valve automatically opens to exhaust.

Clean the pipeline system before installing the natural gas pressure reducing valve. Prevent welding slag, oxide skin and other stolen goods from flowing into the valve, affecting the normal operation of the valve.

During installation and use, open the shut-off valve of the bypass piping to remove the mixture of condensate and steam in the piping to prevent the water and garbage phenomenon from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. Screw, adjust the outlet pressure to the necessary pressure, after adjustment

Installing a filter can prevent debris in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance. The pressure reducing valve is controlled by the outlet pressure, and the general pressure reducing valve requires the inlet and outlet pressure difference ≥ 0.2 MPa. When using natural gas pressure reducing valve, corresponding debugging work should be done.
